Finding great talent has historically been like finding a needle in a haystack or waiting for paint to dry while the top vetted platform you’re using schedules another call for the 2nd step of their ‘On-Demand’ white-glove verification and matching process. Those days are over.
FullStackRemote uses a hybrid pricing model.
On Demand (via fullstackremote.com, self-managed)
20% Markup + 3% Transaction Fee
Want to get started right now? Perfect, you can register, add a job to the FullStackRemote marketplace and then search, source & hire talent TODAY.
White-Glove
40% Markup + 3% Transaction Fee
Want one of our experts to ‘white-glove’ you through the process instead? (sourcing, interviews, ballpark estimates) AND have access to all the Agile/Scrum methods and tools that the successful companies are using to keep their jobs/engagements on-track and on-budget? Even better! The methods and tools we use are the same ones that the absolute best developers use when they are working their own jobs and projects.
IMPORTANT * – In lieu of the normal ‘good faith’ deposit, FullStackRemote has setup a pre-pay billing process to keep engagements active and to reduce developer payment delays. Once a job post is ‘filled’, the system will automatically generate an invoice to the employer for 2 (two) weeks of work.
We do not have a 2 week free guarantee. Our talent is the best of the best and they do not work for free; we respect their time. If payment is not made within 4 days of the invoice sent, the project will be paused and the Talent will still be paid, unless in the case of a dispute. We invoice upfront to ensure that our talent network is always paid on time and without delay.
Weekly Flat Rate
Billing type is weekly flat rate or weekly flat rate with subscription. Weekly can be part-time (20 hours) or full-time (40 hours), or an agreed upon hourly ongoing commitment. There is a 3% transaction fee on top of the weekly charge.
We invoice weekly. The weekly flate rate model is an advantage to both Employer and Talent. Contracted Talent is expected to put in extra hours if there are outstanding deliverables in the time period (weekly) at no additional charge to the Employer. To remedy that, we use an escrow model, which allows clients to review code while ensuring the Talent has funds that will be released. If Talent finishes his or her work early, the weekly flat rate still applies. In our experience this model is fair, equitable and desirable to all parties.
