As a project manager at our company, you'll manage assorted projects that are critical for the growth of the company.  We have too much going on and desperately need somebody to help manage it all. You’ll be a critical member of the team on a first name basis with the owner and not employee #1928938.  Our company and technology team is small and nimble. You won't be smothered by meetings and are mostly free to choose how you accomplish your goals. We are a 100% remote work company but think it’s important to get together for a face to face once and awhile.  Our culture is very dynamic but this isn’t a startup.  There aren’t any weekend consuming death marches to get things done.   • Organize and participates in meetings with management to determine the priority of opportunities
  • Provide high-level project oversight to teams to coordinate effort.

  • Analyze current and new processes to identify the most effective and efficient way to complete objectives.
  • Manages integrated teams to deliver technology solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product owners, technical project managers, architects, engineers and quality assurance
  • Maintains dependency plan between planned sprints across engineering, infrastructure, and third-parties.
  • Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the product development initiatives.
  • Conducts daily stand-ups and retrospectives at the end of each sprint, and ensures that the team is continuously learning from the past.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of software development, systems programming, and/or technical project management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Technical Project Manager for Software development, managing multiple systems development teams simultaneously.
  • Minimum 3 years’ project management experience and demonstrated advanced project management skills.
  • Knowledge of systems development and development tools.
Nice to Have (but we know it's unlikely)
  • Russian Speaking.  We have a large eastern European offshore team with varying levels of English fluency.
